Nûjîn Film Festival continues on day six
The activities of the Nujian Film Festival continue with film screenings and a montage workshop. Two films will be screened this evening.
The Nûjîn Women’s Film Festival, organized by the Kazi Women Filmmakers Association and sponsored by the Women’s Cinema in Rojava, the Hilal Zerin Women’s Cultural Movement, Women Filmmakers in Europe, and supported by the Culture Body of Jazira Canton, continues on its sixth day.
According to today's program, the reportage and montage workshop that began yesterday at the headquarters of Jin TV in the city of Amuda, supervised by editing expert Valentina Sargoni, continues into its second day and will conclude today. The workshop is dedicated to the outlet's female staff members.
At 3:00 PM today, the film If You Are Afraid, You Put Your Heart Into Your Mouth and Smile, directed by Marie-Louise Lehner, will be screened at the Mohammad Sheikho Center for Culture and Art in Qamishlo.
Evening Program of the Festival:
At 8:00 PM in Azadi Park, the film Heza by Derya Deniz will be screened, followed by the film Anqa by Helin Celik at 9:00 PM.
The Nûjîn Women’s Film Festival will conclude tomorrow, May 31.
